Cancellation Policy

**THE_HAIRPORT™ WIG & HAIR UNIT PURCHASE WITH INSTALLATION POLICY** Policy Overview This policy applies to all clients who purchase a wig or hair unit from The_Hairport Salon and receive installation services. By completing a purchase and booking an installation, the client agrees to all terms outlined below. Unit Purchase Terms All wig and hair unit purchases are FINAL SALE Units cannot be exchanged or refunded once: Customization begins Lace is cut, bleached, plucked, or tinted The unit is installed or altered in any way Units are sold as-is prior to customization approval Installation Policy Installation fees are separate from the cost of the hair unit Installation services are non-refundable once started Same-day purchase and installation is subject to availability Additional customization requested during the appointment may result in added charges Customization & Processing Customization may include (but is not limited to): Knot bleaching Hairline plucking Cutting, layering, or styling Coloring or toning Once customization begins: The unit is considered used and non-returnable Pricing adjustments are not permitted Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure installation appointments Deposits apply toward the service total only Full payment for the hair unit is required prior to installation Unpaid balances must be cleared before service begins Fit, Look & Expectations Final results depend on: Unit type and lace material Head shape and hairline Maintenance and aftercare Minor adjustments can be made during the appointment Requests to remove and re-install due to personal preference are subject to additional fees Aftercare Responsibility Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions Improper maintenance may affect longevity and appearance The_Hairport Salon is not responsible for damage caused by: Improper removal Excessive heat Chemical exposure Home alterations Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit No-shows will result in: Loss of deposit Possible restriction from future bookings Customer Care Fee & Gratuity A 10% Customer Care Fee applies to all services A recommended minimum gratuity of 15% is appreciated Right to Refuse Service The_Hairport Salon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if: Policies are not respected The client arrives late or unprepared Behavior is disruptive or disrespectful Acknowledgment By purchasing a hair unit and booking an installati
