CLIENT-FACING SERVICE OVERVIEW Our locs services focus on scalp health, clean parting, precise maintenance, and long-term hair integrity. Every loc service is customized based on loc size, density, length, and the client’s hair goals. We prioritize low-tension techniques to protect edges and promote healthy growth. LOC SERVICES & PRICING 1. Loc Shampoo & Retwist (Maintenance) Price: $120 Time: 75–90 minutes Best for: Existing loc clients (up to shoulder length) Includes: Clarifying or moisturizing shampoo Scalp cleanse & oil treatment Palm roll or retwist Clean parting Dryer set Notes: Hair past shoulder length may incur additional fees. 2. Loc Retwist Only No Wash Price: $100 Time: 45–60 minutes Best for: Clients arriving with clean, detangled locs Includes: Retwist (palm roll or interlock) Edge care Dryer set Does NOT include: Shampoo or deep conditioning 3. Loc Detox & Hydration Treatment Price: $150 Time: 90 minutes Best for: Product buildup, odor, dryness Includes: Apple cider vinegar or botanical detox soak Clarifying shampoo Steam hydration treatment Scalp massage Dry & style 4. Loc Styling (Add-On or Standalone) Price: $45–$75 Time: 30–45 minutes Styles Include: Barrel twists Two-strand twists Pipe curls Buns & up-dos 5. Cancellation Policy

The_Hairport Salon – Universal Policies To maintain an elevated service experience and support our professional team, please review the following policies prior to booking. Appointments & Booking • All services must be booked in advance. • A valid card is required to secure all appointments. • Same-day appointments are subject to availability. Deposits & Payments • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Deposits are applied toward your total service balance. • Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in loss deposit • Repeated no-shows may require full payment prior to future bookings. Late Arrival Policy • Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service. • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be canceled and considered a no-show. • Deposits will not be refunded due to lateness. Service Validation & Membership Use • Certain services (including clarifying washes and membership services) are validated with major services only and are not redeemable as standalone appointments. • Membership services do not roll over if unused. Gratuity & Customer Care • A recommended gratuity of a minimum of 15% is appreciated for all services. • A 10% Customer Care Fee is applied to all services. Customer Care Fee Explanation: The Customer Care Fee supports the behind-the-scenes services that ensure a premium experience, including: Consultation time and service preparation Professional-grade products and sanitation standards Client support, booking management, and aftercare guidance This fee allows our team to consistently deliver high-quality service while maintaining a clean, professional, and luxury environment. Add-On Services & Adjustments • Additional services or treatments requested or recommended during your appointment will incur additional charges. • Pricing may vary based on hair length, density, or condition. Guests & Children • For safety and service quality, no additional guests or children are permitted unless receiving a scheduled service. Refund Policy • All services are final sale. • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. • Any concerns must be addressed before leaving the salon. Hair Health & Disclosure • Clients must disclose any prior chemical services, scalp conditions, or hair damage before booking. • The salon reserves the right to refus
